Leech recovered from nasal septum of a Sheep

Leech enter the nasal cavity while the animal is grazing and may cause purulent rhinitis, nasal bleeding and development of nodules

Herniorrhaphy in a Sheep (ewe)

The 4 year old ewe was presented with a swelling on underside of her abdomen having an ulcerated wound. The swelling was diagnosed as ventral hernia and corrected surgically.

Extensive adhesions were encountered and cleared.
